Molly Restoration & Remediation, a division of Advanced Disaster Recovery, Inc., is a leading restoration contractor in the NY/NJ area with more than 35 years of experience in disaster restoration, is looking for motivated, service-centric full-time employees to help grow its team of professionals in the region. We provide restoration services – such as emergency response, emergency pre-planning, construction services, catastrophe response, contents restoration, environmental services, mold remediation, fire and smoke damage, and water damage services – to commercial, insurance and residential clients. We provide services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

About the Lead Abatement Supervisor:

The Lead Abatement Tech will be wanted for primarily Environmental-based projects. Jobs include but are not limited to involve lead paint.

Lead Abatement Supervisor Job Requirements:

  • Current Active NJDCA Lead Paint Supervisor Housing & Public Building License
  • Knowledge of NJAC 5:17
  • At least one year experience in Lead Supervisor Role
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • English Speaking Preferred, Bi-Lingual a plus
  • Construction Skills (i.e., door and window installation, painting, drywall, spackling)


Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Develop schedules, plan materials and ensure work is within the project scope
  2. Ensure project is completed within deadline and budget
  3. Work with the customer to ensure they understand the process and insurance adjusters to provide updates and changes
  4. Ensure crew is prepared with the proper scope and materials
  5. 5. Maintain communication with the customer to ensure job is being completed to their satisfaction
  6. Ensure a high level of work is being performed
  7. Agree to Advanced Disaster Recovery’s COVID-19 precautions policies
